Shipping and Returns
All items are generally posted within 3-5 working days via Australia Post. You will receive a tracking number when your item is shipped. Occasionally, there may be a small delay if I am experiencing a health event.
Due to hygiene reasons, I am unable to offer refunds and returns on any kind of piercing item, regardless of whether it has been worn or not, so please choose carefully.
Under Australian consumer law and due to the hand-made nature of of my items, I do not offer a full return and refund on purchases because you have changed your mind or if you have damaged the item due to misuse, however individual circumstances may allow me to offer a partial refund, store credit, or a return and refund with a restocking fee. Custom orders are not eligible for this as they are personalised and difficult to resell.
All custom orders require a 50% deposit up front, and this deposit is non-refundable in the event that the order is cancelled, you change your mind, etc.
All items are shipped from NSW, Australia. I do not allow pickup as I have no physical store front.
Please be aware of the customs laws within your country and make sure that your purchase will be allowed within your country's borders. The buyer is also responsible for paying any import tax on their purchase.
