Dark Persephone

The Persephone design is subtle and petite, embacing the first delicate buds of Spring, the alluring scent of bossoming jasmine, and the unfurling leaves cradling the precious rosebud within. This thin band is wonderfully understated, and is perfect for those wanting to bring a little bit of the wild brambles and untamed roses with them.
 
Made in 925 Sterling silver, the Persephone is a ring for light wear due to the band width. At 2.1mm wide, it is sturdy as all 925 rings are, but should be worn with care as excess pressure may cause it to deform. This particular variant on the Persephone has had a dark patina applied to the metal, turning the silver a decadent charcoal black, while the highlights have been buffed back to natural silver. Due to the nature of this patina, the appearance of this ring will gradually change over time, but will maintain the lovely patina if treated well.
 
All items on this store are hand made, and due to the nature of this, there may be minor deviations from the item pictured. While all care is taken with my work, minor changes like pattern placement are inevitable, especially between ring sizes. Small changes can also be present between items made in batches, often due to the nature of the materials used.
